How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app, go to Account. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, tap Manage subscription to open your store subscriptions and cancel there. If you paid on the web, tap Cancel subscription. Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.

How do I get a copy of my data?

In the app, go to Account and tap Export my data. You get one file with everything we store about you, including your documents.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account, type your email address and tap Delete my account. Cancel a subscription that still renews first. You can also email privacy@slatejob.com from the address on your account.

Does SlateJob apply without asking me?

No. SlateJob applies only to the jobs you approve, using only the facts you confirmed. If a form asks something your facts can't answer, the application waits for your answer.

Does SlateJob use my LinkedIn account?

No. SlateJob never logs in to or reads LinkedIn. You can add your LinkedIn profile yourself, using LinkedIn's "Save to PDF" and uploading the file.

A site asked me to solve a CAPTCHA. Why?

SlateJob never solves or bypasses CAPTCHAs. When an employer's site shows one, the application waits and the app asks you to finish that step yourself.
